25 years ago, a small, determined group of visionary women put on the first Young Women Exploring Trades Conference to inspire and empower young women across the Yukon to explore the trades.

Over the next quarter of a century, YWITT would go on to partner with YukonU to upskill and educate women in the trades, offer high school students opportunities to build their trades skills, lead research and advocacy to realize a vision of safer skilled trades and technology careers for all, and so much more!

Join us for an evening of community and celebration to ring in our 25th year and honour all those who got us to where we are today.
